Roles at Iceni
Each Iceni assignment requires a mix of skills and experiences. We design teams to service each assignment based on capability, strength and area of interest. Our core roles are:
Senior manager
Senior managers are senior domain experts and business leaders, shaping their expertise to meet client requirements and demonstrate our brand and values.
As a client-facing leader, Senior managers lead well-integrated client and Iceni teams to develop loyal client relationships and deliver strategic outcomes and value-adds.
Associate director
Directors are executive leaders that shape our strategic direction and culture, mentoring and coaching the team to do their very finest work.
As client-facing leaders, directors nurture and grow our client base, lead assignments, oversee project teams, provide quality assurance and provide
trusted advice.
Manager
Managers coordinate our people and resources to deliver great outcomes for our clients and ensure we have the tools necessary to focus on client success.
When client-facing, managers play a critical role in organising and keeping us on track, ensuring that we deliver on our contractual obligations and our client promise.
Consultant
Our consultants support more senior team members through a range of business activities including research, analysis and deliverable creation.
When client-facing our consultants are flexible and adaptable to the needs of each client and assignment, supporting on-time and budget delivery.
Senior consultant
Our senior consultants have had previous experience as a consultant (or equivalent) and are starting to develop their own domain expertise.
They may lead low-complexity assignments or support our senior team members on larger more complex assignments as a way of growing and extending their budding expertise.
Specialist
We engage specialists when we need deep expertise that the Iceni tribe doesn’t already have or when we are short-staffed on an assignment.
Examples of specialist expertise we engage include business case specialists, domain specialists, economists, data scientists, technologists, graphic designers and illustrators and facilitators.
