Lucia Giuffre

Manager

I help my clients uncover how to build a workplace community that delivers permanent change, improves employee satisfaction and teamwork, and delivers better customer and end-user outcomes.

A bit about me. I believe that consistent acts of caring and reciprocity in all daily life are at the heart of broader social change and my passion is providing people with the tools for how to bring a sense of community and purpose to life. The importance of ritual and ceremony in creating a sense of community has been my lifelong passion, the basis of my art practice and the focus of my career in the arts and social service.

My work at Iceni. As a consultant, I am privileged with unique insight into a broad range of workplace cultures and team practices and the cultural levers for lasting, transformative change. As an artist, I bring a non-linear, sensorial way of thinking to the table which means I often uncover novel ways to embed new work practices for our clients. I help organisations build the emotional culture needed to positively engage their people in change and permanently embed new ways of working – a community culture that lifts comradery, workplace satisfaction, commitment and personal accountability for performance. I am particularly skilled in uncovering how culture and ritual can be used as tools for building high-performing teams and instilling broad-scale unity of purpose across organisations.
