A bit about me. I am a person that stands up for what I believe in, no matter the adversity. The women in my life - especially my mother - have shaped me into a person of strong conviction and carefully guided me on how to channel that conviction into change. I am driven by a strong desire to create a brighter future for my children through gender equity and environmental conservation, and Iceni is my platform for bringing my cause to life. Through it I want to find and link arms with like-minds, and work with them through all the beautiful messiness of life to find solutions to the big challenges we face together.

My work at Iceni. My vision for Iceni is to be a platform for women to realise their full potential at work, which means creating a flexible workplace and engaging them in purpose-driven work. I bring a strong sense of purpose, accountability and momentum to the table, with a knack for cutting through the noise to enable teams to stay focused on the important stuff. I am particularly skilled at quickly understanding the challenge or problem at hand and facilitating teams to develop pragmatic, value for money solutions. I am also an experienced executive and boardroom coach and mentor.
