About me: As the co-founder and Director of Iceni and seek to bring compassion and aspiration into everything I do. This means that I am continually striving to become a bolder leader and uplift the individual needs of those around me. My affable and outgoing nature and sense of adventure, has allowed me to effortlessly form deep bonds with clients, stakeholders and my team. I am passionate about strategic thinking, challenging assignments, the customer experience and being a strong partner to my clients through complex projects. I set ambitious goals for myself and Iceni, but always ensure there is an achievable and clear path forward.

About my work: I am a founding Director of Iceni and passionate about taking the company in new and exciting directions. I hold a keen interest for complex and ambiguous assignments, and working with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that deliver the highest social and environmental impact. I also strive to collaborate, share knowledge and understand the root cause of issues to facilitate a cohesive approach to assignments. I am experienced in designing transformation programs and building programs and project management capabilities for the greatest public good. During my career I have worked within the government, infrastructure and property sectors both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
