Each Iceni assignment requires a mix of skills and experiences. Working in small pods, we build project teams to service each assignment. Our core roles are:
To lead overall assignments, oversee project teams, provide quality assurance and provide trusted advice to our key clients. Directors are critical to supporting Iceni’s strategic direction and developing business opportunities. They embody and drive a culture based on our core values.
To project manage assignments and keep projects on track. Managers play a critical role coordinating moving parts and contributing to project deliverables. They build strong operational links with our clients and spot new opportunities to help Iceni grow.
To lead complex elements of assignments, define the delivery strategy, provide domain expertise and produce high-quality project outputs. Senior managers contribute to Iceni’s business growth and support our leaders as they engage in new opportunities.
To support more senior team members deliver projects through hands-on activities across research, analysis, and productions. Our consultants are flexible and adaptable to the needs of each assignment and provide critical support to deliver projects on time and budget.

Iceni works where the work needs to be done. With clients across Australia, we work flexibly and virtually using technology to keep in touch with clients and each other. Our core team is located in Sydney and Canberra, and work flexibly between CBD offices, client sites and home depending on the activities and needs of the assignment.
