Robert’s focus is on strategic change, delivered through practical solutions that are evidence based and research backed. Robert’s career and experience cover neuropsychology, sociology and theology; change, behavioural insights and resilience; facilitation, coaching and performance; accounting, audit and commerce. He brings all of these fields to sensemaking and navigating complexity to find solutions.
Robert has extensive experience working across government, public commercial firms, NGO’s and for-purpose organisations. He has worked for Tier 1 Engineering Advisory and Management Consulting firms, as well as running his own companies in consulting and coaching. He is an award-winning People and Change expert. He is part of the Australian community of practise for Change Management, Behavioural Insights and Neurodiversity.
Robert has been senior advisor to politicians, board and C-suite executives, high wealth individuals, elite athletes and senior management. At the same time he cares deeply about the disadvantaged, under privileged and those without access including trauma and mental health.
