Kathy has over 13 years’ experience working in government to design, deliver and evaluate projects and programs of work, including policy design and development, strategic planning and advice, and stakeholder engagement within and across government departments and industry to deliver high quality project and program outputs.
She is skilled in problem solving and the application of clear change management and human-centred design principles when engaging with different businesses. With a background in educational research, Kathy is passionate about working with senior leaders on understanding organisational capabilities and using this understanding to build meaningful capability uplift activities that impact at the individual, team and organisational levels.
