The CSR policy explains that Iceni advisory solutions are sustainable and that our operations are led within a legal, ethical and economic framework.  This means that we:

  • Apply consistently high business ethics standards.
  • Hold ourselves accountable for acting with integrity.
  • Promote sustainable processes.
  • Engage in stakeholder dialogue and partnerships.
  • Partner with associations and participate to project funding.
  • Support our team by attending their client’s CSR and community engagement activities.

Confidentiality policy

At Iceni we manage the security of client’s information.  This means that we:

  • Handle and use any client information in the strictest confidence.
  • Don’t disclose or use sensitive information.
  • Ensure that adequate security measures are applied where necessary.

Communication policy

At Iceni, we communicate effectively with all our internal and external stakeholders.  This means that we communicate in a way that is:

  • Clear – understandable and to the point.
  • Credible – open, honest and balanced, both when the news is good and bad.
  • Relevant – timely and customised to meet the information needs of the people we communicate with respectful – to all the people we communicate with and about.
  • Two-way – encouraging dialogue between us and our stakeholders.
